Sept. 11th, The Bodhisattva Path: A 10-Week Telecourse with Diane Musho Hamilton
In Zen practice, the Bodhisattva is a person who vows to use their wisdom to help other beings awaken. Traditionally, it is said that the Bodhisattva puts off his or her complete enlightenment until all beings have crossed over to the other shore. When we consider the depth of this image, we see how it actually reflects the truth of our own life and the challenges which relationships present. We might actually believe that we could all rest thoroughly in or as Nirvana if it weren’t for those pesky ones called “others” who keep disturbing our bliss. More information.
Oct. 5th, Three Faces of Love: Self-Evident, Devotional, and Evolutionary Love. A 9-week Telecourse with Diane Musho Hamilton and Dr. Marc Gafni
What kind of love do you really long for? What kind of love do you yearn to give? What have you imagined for yourself and for those you care about? When was the last time you challenged yourself to confess what’s true – not as an ideal, but as your lived reality, as your life? Are you ready to challenge yourself to grow in and as love? Are you prepared to admit that your loving is stalled at the status quo, and that it is up to you to change it? Do you want to evolve your love consciously? What would happen if you committed to a conscious, developmental practice of Love – not sentimental, not overly emotional or personally fixated, but one of genuine transformation that changes you, those you love, and the world. More infomation.
Nov. 14th – Nov. 19th, The Wisdom of Your Upset, Kripalu, MA
Many of us imagine that in the course of our spiritual practice, we will someday get beyond strong feeling states. We struggle with “negative” emotions such as aggression, pride, lust, and jealousy, but those emotions are actually powerful sources of energy, clarity, and life force. When worked with and transformed, these energies bring a quality of authenticity to our experience, and deep humanness to our life. More information.
Dec. 29th – Jan. 2nd, Integral Spiritual Experience 2, Pacific Grove, CA
We are gathering at Integral Spiritual Experience Year 2: The Future of Love – Evolutionary Integral Relationships to transform our “love lives” on a personal level and map a vision of where relationships will evolve for all humankind. In the second year of our five-year journey, Integral Spiritual Experience moves from an exploration of Unique Self in Year 1 to that of Unique Relationships. This promises to be a profound engagement of the 2nd Person of Spirit – relationship as a fundamental dynamic of reality. More information.
