Utah's red rock country. This retreat marks the beginning of the the Boulder Mountain Zendo’s summer meditation schedule, with regular sitting every morning and evening for the summer.

Join Musho Sensei for Earth and Sky, her annual meditation retreat in Torrey. This retreat will illuminate the Maitri work Trungpa Rinpoche brought to the West. We will be using the text, The Five Wisdom Energies, by Irini Rockwell and the postures and colored glasses to move deeply into each of the five energies.
